Keneasha Scott is the Founder and Director of Regulatory Compliance for K Scott Consults, LLC, a certified minority- and woman-owned business based in Little Rock, Arkansas. With a strong background in environmental health, safety, and regulatory compliance, she has built a career centered on helping organizations create safer workplaces, reduce risk, and navigate complex federal, state, and local regulations.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in Criminal Justice, Keneasha began her career in quality and loss control within the manufacturing industry, where she developed a passion for investigations, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. Over the years, she has led the development and implementation of comprehensive safety and compliance programs, working with agencies such as OSHA, EPA, and the Department of Labor to ensure organizations meet critical standards.

With more than two decades of experience spanning industry and consulting, Keneasha brings expertise in workplace safety, industrial hygiene, risk management, and professional development. She is also an authorized OSHA trainer, certified auditor, and skilled investigator, known for helping organizations strengthen culture, reduce liability, and improve overall performance.

In addition to her professional work, Keneasha is actively involved in community and professional organizations, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and various leadership and workforce development initiatives. Her work reflects a commitment not only to compliance and safety, but to building stronger organizations and communities across Arkansas.
